About an hour and a half. Although after a WVU football game it might be closer to two and a half hours.

For those of you who were asking where to look for hotels since all or most are full in morgantown, try searching southwestern PA cities that are a lot closer than pittsburgh (Morgantown is only 4 miles from the PA border):

Uniontown - off the beaten path, but may have some chain hotels or local hotels with availablity

Masontown - same as uniontown - both are about 30 minutes from morgantown

Washington (about 45 minutes from morgantown - about halfway to pittsburgh)

Waynesburg - right off of I-79, not far from WV - lots of chain hotels at this exit.

Best bets are Washington PA & Waynesburg (more likely Washington).

You can also try Fairmont (about 20 minutes south) & Clarksburg (45 minutes south) but those take you deeper into God's country and away from pittsburgh, which I assume you guys would not want to do if you have flights to catch in and out of PIT.

And someone mentioned the park near Cheat Lake - I believe you may be thinking of Cooper's Rock state park/ forest.  Beautiful country out that way (Chestnut Ridge) - and an awesome overview of the Cheat River from Coopers Rock (large rock outcropping on the top edge overlooking the river).

I hope you all enjoy your time up there.  Different pace of life and mindset up there.  People actually move over out of the left lane on the interstate well in advance of you being close to them.

Coopers Rock - very cool visit.  We have a photo of our family in the same spot as the picture above.  I could have stayed for hours just looking out over the scenery.

Im lookin at travelocity and priceline and I can get a hotel for 2 nights (friday saturday) and round trip airfare for 3 of us for around 250. Not too shabby!

Maybe even rent a car and go to cooper rock pending the weather...

Why in the world would you have to make 15 stops? Couldn't you just pick it up from TPA to PHL????

Mike is just being a goofball!  ::)  We fly stand-by, so sometimes our routing gets "creative."  It's worth it though, to get to travel with the BULLS!!!!!!  :gobulls

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
