That’s just sick. Here’s a look at the Big East teams projected in next year’s Top 25 rankings:ESPN.com’s Andy Katz: 3. Pittsburgh, 5. Notre Dame, 6. West Virginia, 7. UConn, 18. Syracuse, 19. If Uconn keeps Thabeet, with what they've got coming in freshmen wise, and Robinson and AJ Price they'll be a TOUGH team. It's easy to discount Georgetown but bringing in Greg Monroe who for the past two years was widely considered the #1 player and they signed a top 3 national class. Oh and UL, they just signed the #5 class. Yeah and Pitt, Quette, and ND didn't lose much either and Nova lost nothing! Oh let's not forget about Syracuse, who will still have Flynn, and a host of top notch athletes like Devendorf. It all depends who will be great on who ends up going to the NBA, if Joe Alexander, Earl Clark, Charater, Donte Greene, Thabeet, and Harris have all or are all deciding whether to stay or go. From most draft expectatons on Donte Greene is guaranteed to crack the top 20. If the rest stay, oh my look out.I think BE will have another Final Four team next year, maybe a slim shot at two. I honestly believe the best BE teams next year are Uconn if Thabeet stays and if he goes they'll sign this top center, UL especially if Earl Clark stays, and Georgetown- they lose three big ones in Hibbert, Ewing, and Wallace but could be a better team with Monroe and the other two five stars they have coming in to go with Wright, Freeman, Summers, and Macklin.BTW, the BE is only getting stronger, of the top 100 for 2009 the BE already has 9 commits, the next closest conference right now is the ACC with 6 and that's on the back of 4 NC recruits. Yeah, it's not getting any easier for Heath.

Could've built our program in one year and left and we would have all thanked him. Heath is a good coach but I don't believe has the star power to take a complete 180 with this program. Not to mention his competition in recruiting and coaching in this conferece.

Ari, Thuggins would have bolted after one year and would have done very little to turn around the program in the state it was in.This is a multi-year rebuilding effort, and we need (and have) a coach who is willing to take on the challenge.
