They are going for their 5th win in a row today at Rutgers. If they can keep this win streak going, a 7 game home stretch could be very beneficial to the team making the BE tournament.

6-4 win, despite a two-out scare in the 9th that forced Torcise to come in for Sanford and get the final out.  We also had bases loaded 1 out in the 9th ourselves, but failed to score. 

Maruszak 3-5 again... he's a hitting machine. 

A road sweep is just what the doctor ordered for this team.

How are we matching in the conference this year? Possible chance of winning the tournament this year?

Meh...I don't know about that.  We might be a sleeper, like UConn was last year.  But I don't know if we can go too far in the tourney.

We'll only go as far as our pitching takes us.  Great win today by the way, that really helps our chances in making the Big East Tourney.  A sweep would be huge heading into the Villanova series (which we should dominate), to get us back on track in conference.

How many times have we thought that this season already?  Good win today.  Matter of fact, any win against RU is good in my book.  I think we have FAU and Stetson during the week and like Joe said, Nova on the weekend.  Now if we could somehow win 4 out of 5, I think it would be great for the confidence as the season starts to wind down.

But I don't know if we can go too far in the tourney.

We're the host this season, so hopefully we can get some support over in Clearwater for the boys.
