I am taking my 8 year old son to his first USF baseball game today.  He's pretty excited about it.  It's supposed to be about 85 today so it should be perfect weather.  I am not so sure how many Bulls fans will be there, but we are looking forward to having some fun.

Bulls up 3-0 in the bottom of the 4th.  Need this win.  DT is on the mound.

Bulls up 4-0, bottom of the 6th.  DT is pitching well, only allowing 2 hits so far.

4-1 after 6 innings.  DT has surrendered 3 hits thru 6 innings pitched.  Gotta hang on to this one to start the weekend off right.

Bulls add a couple more runs and make it a 6-1 lead for DT.  Maybe get one more inning out of him before getting some work from the pen.

Sounds like DT's day is done.  Kyle Eastham comes in to pitch the 7th inning.  Need some outs Kyle!

Eastham got into trouble and loaded the bases with one out.  David Torcise came in and gave up a SAC Fly and now balked in a run trying to throw over to first.  Why in the world are we throwing over to first when all we need is one out?  Now a base hit and that balk allows another run to score.  Terrible coaching and decision making by the pitchers.  We're still up 6-4 but RU is making a game of it when it shouldn't have been a game.

Angelberger just booted a ball into foul territory that allowed a runner to score from first base.  Unbelievable.  We're up 6-5 now, with two outs in the 7th.  This has been our problem all year.  We haven't been able to get out of these never ending innings.  Torcise is done for the day.  Now its Freshman Michael Anzivino's turn.  I don't like the way this game is going.

Rutgers is a middle of the pack BE team.  This is good.  It's still Rutgers.
