This is good news for the students I think, but as I was reading I wondered how they were going to determine PAST loyalty?  How are the Seniors that have been loyal to the program for 4 years going to be any better off than the 1st Semester freshman?

I like this system, however, They should let a select amount of students buy their own season tickets.  I'd be willing to pay a couple hundred to guarantee myself a seat in the endzone.

can students get points for donating to a bulls club or something?  that would be the best way to ensure real fans get tickets. 

1- you are a student with no money living on campus and go to lots of sporting events

2-  you are a student that donates money

i think that would work really well
