Somebody had to be picked.  I cannot think of anyone on the schedule better.  A "name" program (even though they are in a down time) that USF has managed to beat three times with style points.

You know what...yea, that Army game was BAD, but you know what...This program has grown by leaps and bounds.  We are FAR more consistent than we were even TWO years ago.  If we play good football, then we will win.  End of Story.

Didn't we pretty much already guess this? I remember reading analysis of the 08 schedule when it came out, and everyone seemed to put down the Syracuse game as the potential homecoming date (pun intended). I think none of us are surprised.

This was decided back when the schedule was first released. It was obvious what game would be the homecoming game.
