He was never as good as people claimed he'd be. Hopefully he catches on somewhere, and hopefully we get someone to fill his spot I'd hate to see  another short bench, espeically with he lack of si1

he was short but still wasnt bad. If he did not go on that shooting slump during the season who would probably still be here, and if he was 5 inches taller hahah

Its sad, and this hurts the graduation rates for hoops, which was already not very good... but the extra scholarship certainly helps.

I like solomon... very classy comments... but he was the guy I predicted would leave, if any were going to.

It was never his size that killed him...hell Bozeman is bigger then Levance Fields.  It was his slow as mollases release on his jump shot, and only average quickness.  I remember CRM talking about having to speed up Bozeman's release, the problem is they did speed it up a touch but to do it they lowered the trajectory so now Soloman looked like he was shooting it from his chest, and still it wasn't that fast.  Without an effective jump shot, and average wheels he was really not BE caliber.

The next will probably be Aris Williams, but that one will be injury related and he will probably stay in school to graduate this year.

I'd agree with that.

But if we don't get 4 commits, does he stay with the team?  If we don't get 4, we probably still have serious size problems and he is still the tallest player now that Essiger graduates.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
