I believe we'll land Kendrick Stewart, he likes USF, and we're hot on him.  Watch for a few lesser known DE's to come to the forefront, I wouldn't be surprised if we get a Gordon commit before the end of the season!

That's good to know about Stewart, just saw him and 4got to put his name down. He's real quick for 280 lbs.

DE Brandon Lattimore 6-2 255 pounds Hillsborough HS attended the USF football game yesterday.

I saw Coach G last night.  We can have just about any Hills High player we want if we recruit them properly.   That's how big picking up McCollough, and Ponton was for this program.  The last four years those guys were like legends at that program.  Players listen to them, and they all want to play for USF!

By the way, Ronnie McCollough played very well last night.

The difference at Hillsborough High is considerable.  Joey Sipps is an assistant coach for Garcia, Reed, but the real difference is Ronnie McCollough, and Ricky Ponton.  They were real leaders, I mean born leader types, that everyone looks up to, they're the new JR. Reeds.  It's no shock we've already landed Fayson.

Lattimore is good, but very raw.  I don't know what all-conference, but I believe he was only like honorable-mention.

as long as we stay with them, and keep the continued hard recruiting effort at Hills High.  Don't slow play, be up front and don't expect anything, don't play the recruiting game, Coach G hates negative recruiting, and above all be honest.

Generally speaking Leavitt has always done this, and thus earned the respect of most staffs in the Bay Area, including Coach G and his staff.
