No Lloyd Carr, i would expect they go for a more higher profile coach.

But any shot they want Leavitt, it would be pretty tempting for him if they go after him.

im pretty sure they are gonna throw everything they've got at Les Miles. 

id be more worried about LSU taking a shot at CJL than michigan.

a program like Michigan will need to get someone with Wolverine ties to help keep their fans happy.

that being said...i dont see CJL leaving USF at anytime for any program.

I like CJL.  I think he's done a good job.  However, he may be a little too eccentric for Michigan.

I think Michigan is going after some other coaches.

CJL will get mentioned for other jobs, but he'll be here next season

he definetely wouldn't get away with shirking the media after losses the way he does here.

personally, i think this season has given CJL a taste of national success and makes him more determined than ever to finish what he's started here at USF.  wins over Auburn and our first ranking and all that are nice, but CJL isn't going anywhere until he gets USF to a BCS bowl at least.

You guys make these posts like they are a bad thing.  I really hope Michigan goes after him and then when they end up hiring Les Miles I hope LSU goes after CJL.  CJL has turned down better offers when USF was less prominent.  Think of the benefit to recruiting.

its not a benefit to recruiting unless as soon as the rumors start to come out that leavitt immediately makes a public statement that he is 100% not interested in any other school.

but rumors about HC change are the WORST thing to happen to recruiting
