I work with McKays brother in law. Atlanta did not fire reeves cuz of McKay though it may have happened. Tampa is gonna pay for losing McKay and I would not be surprised if Lovie Smith or even Monte Kiffen is new coach of Atlanta next year. Gruden will kill the bucs with all his old veteran players and will kill the cap for years.

Thre reason McKay is gone is cuz he would not sign off on a bunch of losers that Gruden wanted and the guy that broke the camel back is one that you will remember well from California in Loser Darrell Russell. Also Emmitt Smith was a guy that gruden wanted real bad and McKay didnt. You got guys like Andre Rison that McKay would not sign also. McKay believes in letting young guys learn and then step in and it helps to keep the cap down. Gruden likes old vets that get paid more and have limited left in tank. It will usually help to win now but mortgage future to win now.
