At the very least it should be a personal foul....
Guest
The foul wasn't a spot foul so it really doesn't matter....the call was holding and the flag was behind the line of scrimmage... so the penalty is assessed from the line of scrimmage. If you want to talk about our team, go ahead. I'm just sick of hearing that "this call should have gone this way". It's getting old. Don't be bitter fans. I know he wasn't complaining that much its just getting old.

As USFKT said, I want to hear what people think about that, so it does matter to me. I did not suggest it had an impact in the game. Don't get me wrong, I do think the officiating sucked - but we can't cry over that when we gave up the ball 8 times.

They originally stepped off the penalty incorrectly, but finally moved the ball back 5 more yards. It took Leavitt pointing out the fact the flag was moved, since, of course, none of the officials saw it. Should have been a 15 yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty at the very least. The ref moved it again after someone told him the flag was moved. It is a personal foul to move a ref's flag by the way.
