Does anyone know what Aaron Holmes will bring to the bball team?

I've read he had a hell of a prep career in Pinellas county, but he ended up at FSU.

FSU doesn't seem like the basketball mecca that a runner up to Mr. Basketball would and did end up at.

Saw him play in high school. Very explosive athlete and can shoot from all over the court. I was extremely excited to hear he was transferring to USF.

He transferred mid season last year, so he is eligible top play mid December.

Basically after finals are done, he can start.

He's like Melvin Buckley, except extremely athletic too.  Great range, but can slash.  Probably the most complete player on the team this year, and if you saw Howard and Jones play last night, there is quite a bit of talent on the team right now.

He's the second best  athlete on the team. We won't see him until December... Instant offense!

Leonard Hamilton has brought in some great recruiting classes for FSU the last couple years.  I don't think much of him as a gameday coach and that is why FSU hasn't done better but being recruited to FSU means the kid can play.

hopefully he doesnt bring his bad attitude to the team that he had in high school and he has matured some since then, he was not pleasant to deal with in the classroom- I interned at his HS.

Great shooter and hard worker...

I think he'll be real good... He originally had a verbal to NC State, then FSU to be closer to home, and then USF to basically stay at home... So that's why FSU and not some powerhouse program...
