How do you search the forum?

I tried the search box and the "search this forum" button but both say I am not authorized to search?

I looked under my profile settings and I didn't see anything I needed to click to enable search...

Am I missing something?

Searches were discontinued while we worked on some issues.  We'll bring that functionality back as soon as possible.
