The Red Sox? lugo is paid 9 mil, which is WAY too much for his services.. i can see how a-rod would get outta NYC, but boston is just as critical of its players as new york.. either way, i hate both the yankees and the red sox (red sox more).if the yanks get girardi, i think they start focusing on the farm system and building that way. i can only see a-rod in boston for that kind of money.. however, i wouldnt be surprised if he took a paycut and went out west. I just don't know how much the players would like it because he's not much older than some of them and he even played with a few. It's going to be a hard year next year, but I'm ready to face it. Go Yanks!

The fish will rise again! ;D I can see that happening, but i don't think it will take a serious pay cut to make it happen.... BUT if it does... What do you do with Miggy and Hanley? I'd take EITHER of those 2 over Arod any day of the week. 3rd - Miggy SS - Hanley DH - in interleague play Arod
