we dont deserve it and uconn just beat #10 in the nation. they are getting the shaft on this poll... and we would say the same thing about a lack of respect if the tables were turned and we beat #10 and ended up #20

There is such a bias against the Big East it's crazy.

The SEC isn't that good this year, just look at their out of conference schedule against decent teams (only LSU's big win over VT is impressive...that's it).

It's hard to believe we beat two teams in the top 20, yet we aren't even in the top 20. I'm not saying we should be, but it just goes to show how far we've fallen in the last two weeks. I think our main goal is to try and be ranked by the end of the year and win whatever bowl game we end up going to.

When you lose two games (especially to un/low-ranked opponents) consecutively, you are gonna drop hard.  UF in top 20 is unbelievable to me but that's the coaches poll for ya.  The SEC are voting their own real high.

to be perfectly honest, I wasn't sure that the coaches wouldn't have drummed us out of the poll entirely this week.

I guess they are being somewhat consistent for a change--- I'd like to see the breakdown of the votes we recevied in that poll.

I still love us too... but i am absolutely livid at the level of play we have brought to the table recently. i am more pissed that we are wasted potential. i could deal if USF was just another 6-6 team and always had been. we dropped 2 games that we SHOULD have won

cincy and louisville are getting their **** together in a hurry this year... pitt and syracuse dont go 1-11 every year... we are looking at a decent possibility of going 8-4 or worse... that disgusts me... more so because we were#2 in the nation just a couple weeks ago.

the pizza bowl has about as much legitamacy as the chick-fil-a or any other future blatant corporate bowl (whats next? the tidy bowl?) (we would play houston or someone like that in it). it was a nice stepping stone for a young program but if we want to be on the national radar we have to do better than "collect 6 wins and go to the lysol.com bowl)

the team needs to find its hunger again. this **** needs to be like in rocky... get that fire back and win rocky... just win
