Well I for one do not want an on campus stadium. RJS is a great recruiting tool. I have access to air conditioned club seats. I like having drinking fountains, etc.

Jay

???

I have heard this statement before and I began to think on it. If this is so, than why do so many others point out to us that we (USF) do not have our own OCS. I am sure when recruits discuss school choices with family and friends they bring this fact up. "Hey Joe, what do you think? I would get to play in a Pro stadium." "But Matt, they don't even have their own OCS. Heck when USF plays at home, half the time they can't even paint the field with their own school symbols." I wonder if any one has data on this. Facts I mean, not guess or opinions. Has anyone spoken to players or potential recruits and heard them say "What swayed me towards USF was the chance to play in a Pro stadium."?  This not debating over an OCS or not, but it's just got me wondering... hearing this statement always made in favor of staying in Tampa Stadium.

The Tidy Bowl...

where we flush away our opponents.  We can have LOTS of water fountains with blue water in them (food coloring of course).  And each time the opponent has to punt, the PA system can play a flushing sound.

Concession stands can sell urinal cakes (blue colors sno balls)... man this could lead to some great cross-marketing ideas.

Verizon FIOS Stadium

Or just FIOS Stadium.  We were either the 1st or 2nd city to get the FIOS, and Tampa has the most internet usage of any city in the country.
