So says the coach relative to replay officiating...need to figure out how it works..

Still a firm believer in replay...

No doubt that he sees things a different way and pursuing clarity, to know why this or that is done...

Not hide, not avoid, it's for the game of football, it is important...

One question is on "forward pass" What is intent?  What is reveiwable" What were specifics

Can't do anything about the game it is over.

What really is the truth of things... 

Big East working through all those things...

When questioned on demeanor after TD called back, said he held back :), that it had been building for about three calls

Grothe taking responsibility for sacks...tendency to scramble, should have just thrown it away..

We just gotta play football like we have, get a little more sound in each part of the game, we'll be alright (on Big East title chase)

Sidenote:  Some reporter drilled Leavitt on his sideline demeanor and now the same to Grothe about Leavitt...sounds like he's readying for a smear piece.

Fans still supporting team, chance to make history, keep playing one game at a time and finish strong..

Sidenote:  Some dude asks about his hair...he's getting it cut at SuperCuts...no teammate...crooked last time.  He;ll pay 10 or 11 bucks to get it fixed.

We control our own destiny and we're still on help (on needing help)

If he got listed at 5'11 how come I'm not listed at 6'3?  (regarding Flutie visit)

need to be worried when a coach says nothing to you (on Leavitt yelling)

we have certain goals for this team and that is to win the Big East, we still got a chance, UConn in the way, gotta knock them outta there.

nobody plays out of position (on their secondary), playing good football

He's gonna get a chance to show his talent (on Bogan)

Mitchell is  just as good...

Hard for a freshman to pick up on a new playbook, jitters of conference game, having to play a whole game against a team like Rutgers, but he did a good job (Bogan), I told him (and other guys did too) that proud of him.  His talent speaks for itself, he does a great job

so what exactly was Leavitt's point about the replay?

I think his point was that while he didn't really want to talk about it, he had questions on it and there have been discussions with the league.

He also remarked how much he liked the Big East and what a good job they have done in his short time in the league...

When asked about the Louisville-UConn screw-up he declined comment ...
