Well they'd technically have to go 18-0 or 19-0 (I don't know about bye's and number of rounds) but yeah me and my dad have been discussing this since the 2nd week of the season (my dad's a hardcore phin fan).

It would be 19-0 .... but I wonder if there is a separate record just for regular season?

Don't forget that the seasons were shorter back then.... The Bucs first year was 0-14, combined with the next year they went 0-26.

If that's the case, the Dolphins could at least set the record for futility in one year.  8)
