everything about UCF says they're our biggest rival. oh, except the weird denial by USF fans.

I voted for Rutgers, not because that's the game of the week, rather the past two games have been extremely close. On any given day, either team can win.

I would say now the Cards but soon the Canes.  Cards because they have moved up with us.

Canes Reasons:

1. They are instate powerhouse, not brighthouse.

2. Not too far away.

3. Will have a top 25 team again.  We will only gain from playing them.

Plus Dolphin stadium is only 45min from my house, so it would save me gas money :)

I have season tickets for the phins and there is no finer place to watch football, just not dolphin football :(

Louisville because we have more history with them and it seems that whom ever is the home team allways wins.

WVU - One more loss to us and their fans heads will literally pop off. Louisville is a close second, but they're used to us beating them - less of a shock factor. I think there is a mutual respect between the top programs. Most years it will be a battle of these teams to get the championship and the BCS bowl or more.

we need a rivalry with someone like miami... there is already a UF/FSU rivalry

USF/Miami and the battle of who really owns the word "south florida" would be a good one

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
