All the naysayers, doubters and negativity is something we have faced very step of the way since the inception of our football team.  I guarantee that Leavitt is not fazed by it one bit. 

At first they said that USF couldn't support football.  Then it was that we couldn't fund a team.  Then it was no way we could compete at the D1 level.

Then it got really fun when we joined CUSA.  My own personal favorite, of course, Jeff Bower of Southern Miss and his "we want quality not quantity" statement.  Then the crap we endured from all the Syracuse, Rutgers and WVU fans when we first joined the BE about not being worthy and not belonging.

I say we bring back the skunk hats from 2005!!!!!

Finish Strong guys and let's continue to turn the football world on its' head.

Well, now the skunk hat can be utilized on the national scale. The way the nation is regarding us having "crashed" the BCS rankings, we can use the skunk as our rally mascot.
