Mandel states:  Even after voting USF No. 1 myself, I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if the Bulls' run ends as soon as Thursday night at Rutgers. And while there's no obvious equal to the Buckeyes in the Big Ten (which barely even entered a second team -- No. 25 Michigan -- in Sunday's standings), that doesn't mean Ohio State won't eventually suffer its own Oklahoma-Colorado or Cal-Oregon State moment.

boys, gotta keep on winning games....

Rutgers is hungry for a big win.  Remember they were top 10 not too long ago.

im going to be worried about EVERY single game now.  a loss now would be heartbreaking because of the chance that we have and ability to control our own destiny for the national championship game

That's just the thing we can control winning, but we don't' control our own destiny because the BCS formula is unpredictable at times.  Read this article to see what I am talking about:

All we can do is keep winning and see how it works out.

I think people are getting way tyo wrapped up in the whole ranking thing and losing focus

this talk of a NC is so very premature. Let's focus on job #1-- winning the Big East.

You can talk about it-- I'm just saying that the Big East is first and foremost-- without it, we don't have squat
