Which playoff team in NFL history had the worst regular season W-L record as a division champion? (6 points)  EXTRA POINT: Name the year or the team's record.  (Please exclude the 1982 strike shortened season which had an expanded 16 team format).

Hint:  In their only playoff game that year against the heavily favored Miami Dolphins, this team put up quite a fight, leading at one time 21-0.  They eventually fell to the Dolphins 24-21.

Hey hey cleveland brownies of old.  Who was the qb Brian Sipe or was it Kosar by then? Have no clue what year but would guess late 1980's
