If we get 2 wins over top 10 teams, and 3 more against ranked teams, it is going to be hard to ignore us when it comes time to play the NC game.

Based on history, there will only be one to three unbeaten BCS teams when the regular season is over.  If we are unbeaten at that point, we'll be the lowest ranked of the unbeatens.  That still means top 3. 

Unfortunately, we still have a LOOONNNGGG way to go to make that happen.

Not necessarily... I can easily see a 1-loss team being ranked ahead of an undefeated USF... especially if the rest of the teams on our schedule all lose 3-4 games... our SOS would punish us.

I think our SOS will turn out pretty well.  It would have been better if WVU and Rutgers didn't have such lightweight OOC schedules, though.
