Isn't the Gator Bowl ACC v.s. Big XII this year?

Not necessarily.  I believe they get to decide if they want Big 12 or BE.  I believe they already have selected the B12 one of the two selections in 4 yrs.  At least we do not need to worry about N'Dame.

Doug, you're right they get to choose, but last year was the first year of the contract the 2007,08,09, and 10 games (remember, it's a New Year's Day game - so they follow the 06-09 season)...

They selected WVU.  If they take a Big East team this year (2008), then they will take two big 12 teams in 2009 and 2010.

Before the season started I was more worried about Rutgers then West Virginia I still stand by that. We can pull it out though!

Although our defense is playing lights out, our offense isn't close to a USC or LSU right now, or even UF for that matter. 

I guess you aren't watching UF losing 17-3, and USC struggling with Washington.

Does the Big East winner automaticly go to the Orange, if not in the National Championship game ?

No, the big east is the only conference that doesnt send their champ to the same bowl every year. Ours could be Sugar or Orange.

I'd MUCH rather do New years in New orleans than Miami 2 days later.  Although I dont think we'd bring as many fans that far away as opposed to Miami.
