Also remember, he was injured because a Bull player hit him, its not something he had coming into the game. That combined with the score being 14-0 when he went out, pretty much defuses that argument.

Some were also wondering if Slaton was hurt too, since 'nobody' can shut Slaton down, so he must have been hurt. Other WVU fans knew the real deal in that USF bent, but did not break and took it to WVU. It's a meltdown over there.

No, WVU can not use "injury" as an excuse for their loss to us this year.  Our defense shut them down, plain and simple.

I can understand the WVU fans wanting to have a reason for them losing to us, but they definitely can not use the "injury" route this year.

As a side note, their second string QB who came in for White, I thought played better than White!  He was scary. 

I haven't been on the WVU boards yet today, but it will be interesting to read their posts.  LOL
