That combined with the score being 14-0 when he went out, pretty much defuses that argument.

They got JACKED! Again. Go Bulls!

Some were also wondering if Slaton was hurt too, since 'nobody' can shut Slaton down, so he must have been hurt. Other WVU fans knew the real deal in that USF bent, but did not break and took it to WVU. It's a meltdown over there.Kizarvexis

Kizarvexis Yep, coincidence that Slaton was shut down all three of his games against it....USF sure is lucky it seems to have people play bad against them :

Guest JulmisteForPrez
I guess White, Slaton, Devine, and Reynaud must all have been hurt, huh?All those weapons, so few big plays...Must have been due to injuries.

Our defense shut them down, plain and simple.I can understand the WVU fans wanting to have a reason for them losing to us, but they definitely can not use the "injury" route this year. As a side note, their second string QB who came in for White, I thought played better than White! He was scary. I haven't been on the WVU boards yet today, but it will be interesting to read their posts. LOL\
