Windsock Flags??

I have two standard flags for my car.. but I've seen other schools have more of a windsock type flag on their cars...

Today my brother called me and told me he saw a car with 4 windsock flags on their car for USF.

I've checked every website and store, and I can't find them..

Anyone know where they are?!
