They have a nice outer layer from grilling which gives them some firmness and the boiling makes them so tender on the inside that they just fall apart in your mouth. YOU KNOW YOU LIKE MY SAUSAGE. (ps... do instant brats come in a box... like potato buds? ) Oh it definitely works -- it has been a trial and error process to create the perfect brat over the last 10 years of Bulls Football. My brats and the tailgating have come a long way. I remember when I would be an oddball for being out there and tailgating at all. I'm sure you guys remember this too. (if they did, I could use something like that.... instant sober-up mix, just add water)

I don't think we will have a problem in that department. Especially once we see the lights. HEY MAN, WE'RE GOING TO SEE THE YANKEES!!!!! : ;D Oh, I should say - one of the reasons for boiling that long is so they can absorb the flavor of the veggies and stuff that... Then I use that stuff as a topping later.
