NOTE: THis is the first time EVER that Notre Dame as been 0-4.  Never before in 120 years of football. It's also Michigan States 6th straight win at South Bend


4) Games involving teams two ranked teams and at least one of the teams is ranked higher than the 2nd highest Big East team.

If the highest and 2nd highest teams can move up and up the polls, then there is at least a chance that 2 Big East teams could make the 10 BCS slots.  Big East ranks: #5 West Virginia, #11 Rutgers

SAT 09/22 - #10 Penn State 9 (3-1, 0-1) at Michigan 14 (2-2, 1-0)


5) Games involving a Top 12 non-BCS team, or a Top 16 non-BCS team ranked higher than any BCS conference's highest ranked team.

If no teams from the non-BCS conferences make the BCS, then that would mean 4 at-large slots in the 5 BCS bowls.  This increases the chances for 2 Big East teams to be selected.

There are no non-BCS teams in the Top 16 of the AP poll.  Highest rated non-BCS team: #19 Hawaii

games I didn't see coming:

UCONN destroying Pitt

FAU losing to North Texas

I don't understand either team... UCONN should have lost to Temple last week except for a terrible call by the refs and FAU beats MTSU and Minnesota then gets destroyed by Oklahoma State and is losing to North Texas...
