Last week we were ranked 33rd (5th in ELO)... our S.O.S was 77. All of them took a dive this week.

Yep.  When Auburn lost our win against them lost some of its value.  I'll be surprised if we're ranked this week, but still hoping.

The ELO ranking is the one that is included in the BCS.  Now that more teams are getting "linked", 21 sounds about right compared to other polls.
