Beer on campus?

i keep on hearing that we are a wet campus-- which means we can sell alcohol.. how come there is no bar on campus?  I think it would be kinda cool to have a beer between classes.. ya know, to take the edge off.. i know UF and Miami have places where they sell alcohol on campus (Orange and Brew and the Ratskeller, i believe).. why not us?

I have heard that the new Marshall Center will have a Chilis Restaurant which will have a bar.

i will be out of USF by then.. they better make the new Marshall Center THE official watchparty for USF away games and keep beef's open there..  i'd be cool to watch the USF game on a projection screen up against one of the tall walls of the new marshall center, all while you're getting your beer and food from beef o' brady's.

also, will the Moe's serve beer at the new marshall center?
