I am pretty sure TSA (Tampa Sports Authority) decides the rules on what goes on at Ray Jay.  And since the Bucs are the money maker of that stadium; then they will do whatever it takes to protect their pockets.

Remember that stadium was built by the taxpayers...not the Glazers.

yea but if the tax payers didnt step up they could very well be the Baltimore Bucs and the Bulls would have Tampa Stadium all to ourselves.....

i have no problem paying the extra tax.  a professional football team is extremely valuable to the local economy

It will be great to have Downtown do something ... I've also seen buldings leave lights on to spell things out. Go BULLS or USF would be sweet!

Look, get a few sod semi-trucks with fresh lawn, remove the Buc's logo's and put down new sod.  Then paint away with nice/fresh logos for the Bulls.  Then after the game, remove that sod and put new down and roll....viola no one knows the better.
