PROBLEM:

WVU has 3 of our coaches.

Don't think that won't be a big factor, i.e. TB vs Oakland in the SuperBowl.

I see that as the biggest issue if we lose the game.

Ughhh.... this sucks.  We have one really good year, where we go undefeated in 2004.  We played The Citadel and a lot of people were saying that kept us out of the MNC game.

So what do we do?  Hey! lets schedule some tougher OOC teams, have a good chance at beating them and see what happens!  Lost to Ga Tech... opener 2005.

Won against Washington St last year...

Beat Kansas St this year....

Got spanked by USF....

And now we have to open with WVU next year...

I'm thinking you guys will win this match up, if ya'll can stay healthy.  I think the Auburn win was a great confidence booster for your team.

Devine's sick.....and he's only 170? holy hell

Devine is sick.  The thing about a guy being only 170 though vs. putting those moves on at 200lbs ala Barry Sanders, is that it only takes ONE square hit to knock a guy like that out for a few weeks.  Get a fast safety or linebacker who blindsides him and he's going to get hurt.  There's not many RBs on any level other than HS that survive a season at that weight no matter how strong they are.

When he's healthy, he's going to be a stud, but eventually he's going to get hurt and he's not a lock to make grades every year either.

USF will be fine bc from what I saw, we can put 9 in the box and leave our corners man to man as their WRs suck.  Granted, if they find a crease, we could give up the big play, but chances are we won't give up enough big plays to lose as we'll move the ball on that defense every single drive more than likely.

The key to that game will come down to us getting points on those drives when we don't score TDs so I hope Delbert finds his rythm this week.  If we get up big on UNC, we should stop every drive when we get to 40 yard range to let him get plenty of game experience for him and the unit.
