Many fail to remember that Benzer was considered a recruiting coup, as was Alvarado....some were surprised Alvarado would come here with Benzer already here.  Settle that in.

Hmm, maybe if there was a coach whose job it was to work with the kickers and the return game...

Face it, special teams have been a train wreck since the Jim took them over. He needs to be focused on something else - I know you can only have so many coaches, but special teams are too important to try and play on the cheap.

Strange thing is Alvarado is doing a fine job with the punts, but on placements, he can't find the goalposts with a road map.
