USF didn't have a conference when this deal was signed. Or they were in C-USA, and I doubt those refs are going to come in and officiate for a team that ditched their league.

There is a way to counter this, and we must.  Leavitt worked with Bob Stoops.  Leavitt needs to alert Stoops to the possibility of a blown call.

Every ref will inexplicably have somebody dressed in Oklahoma gear standing within 10 feet of them.  Yes, even the one in the middle of the field.  Let's see them blow a call like that!
