It's difficult to judge schedule strength anyway, but if I had to pick a team that had the toughest schedule it would be Washington. As for South Florida, I don't know where I would rank them. On paper it looks favorable with their 2 toughest games at home, but 4 big east games on the road puts them at a disadvantage especially if the UConn game is in the cold again and as overrated as Rutgers is it wont be easy to beat them in their house, Louisville found out that way last year.
