yes. leavitt said yesterday that capogna won't play this week. he'll get the bye week as well, and they hope they can get him back for UNC, or perhaps West Virginia.

I know he's our starting center, I know he's a senior, and I know he's a captain....

But honestly, I think Griffin is better than Capogna.

I'd also like to see Griffin slide back over to guard and see what Genus can do at center.

Not to mention the fact that Schmidt is a pretty good blocker as well.

I'm not too concerned about this. I felt that the line played great in the game on Saturday. We will be facing a different animal in the Tigers this weekend, but I think they'll be able to handle it. WE NEED TO CATCH.

regardless of who someone might think is better....capogna is responsible for calling out a lot of the blitz pick ups and his experience will be missed.

plus you can never have too much depth at O-line.  specially against a team like aubunr
