... but Auburn slipped from #17 to #20...

South Florida Bulls (1-0)

The Bulls' 28-13 win over Elon wasn't particularly impressive, but it wasn't as bad as the score indicated, either. It also included an eye-opening debut by freshman RB Mike Ford, who, despite just six carries, produced a 48-yard run, a 21-yard touchdown and called the experience "lovely."

Last game: Beat Elon, 28-13.

Next game: Saturday at Auburn.
