Our lease contract will not allow it

I wouldn't be so sure about it.  As long as we don't cover the existing signage or add additional advertising signage I would think we'd be okay.

I am pretty sure we are not allowed anything, except at "ground level". Obviously with the exception of the flags.

My understanding of our contract doesn't extend to that level of granularity, but if we have the option to do something in the upper deck, we should look at it.  I can't see a reason why some large banners couldn't be made that would cover sections of seats.  It would go a long way to helping the stadium be a bit more of a home for the Bulls.

Any chance you think TSA and the Glazers would let us erect/decorate one of the upper decks with this contraption on 9/28?

It would sure make those Mountaineer fans feel right at home and you wouldn't have to wait so long in line to use the bathroom.  ;)
