This is exactly what needs to be done !

All complaints are informal unless you want an internal ivestication to take place, which requires you to testify and all this other crap. I went through it all last year. Pretty much the most you can do is make a call and complian or fill out a form while in the game.

2 of us went over to the 50 yd line area, and talked to 2 TSA guys, one being a supervisor. He apoligized for how we were treated and wrote down our complaint and listened to everything we had to say. He agreed that we were most likely in the right, but not being there personally, he obviously could not be certain.

He assured us that in their next meeting, he would address the issue and before kickoff, at the next home game, that he would personally come down and talk to us. All we want is consistency AND a clear line of what is right and what is wrong. He assured us that he would come down and tell us what we can and cannot do so that this problem doesnt arise again.

If I remembered his name, I would gladly say who it was, because he was very accomodating....
