Well considering the low expectations at the beginning of the season, they didn't have to do much to improve from last year. In hind sight, at the end of the season, they had the opportunity to achieve more. Then again, hind sight is 20/20. So the answer is Yes and No.

Did you think we would have a better BE record?

Same answer as before, Yes and No.

Though i agree it was a bad season and not much of an improvement, we really cant call it a down year in the big east anymore.  Sure there isnt the powerhouse like UCONN and Nova last year but the big east may get 8 teams in the NCAA tournament this year.  Which would be tops of any conference.
