Just remember there is a lot of truth to the cliche "a team needs to learn to win".  There is a long way for the BB team to go before they even get to that point.  

I think the football team  learned some of the important lessons last year against KU, Rutgers and UC.  I think that's one reason they were able to hold on vs. WVU.  They learned that you have to play smart and hard for the entire 60 minutes.

Anyone that thinks Leavitt isn't good, or great for this program is sorely, sorely lacking a reality check.  

No fallacy there that's a fact jack and most HS coaches in the state will tell you that the only reason much of USF's good talent is going there because of Jim Leavitt.

leavitt has done a fine job

but plenty of coaches would have done better and would have usf in top 25 in recruitimg by now
