Based upon high school career only, USF has never had a running back with close to the credentials of Mike Ford2. USF has never had a RB with the combination of size, speed and cutting ability like Mike Ford3. Solid character is one of Mike Ford's strengths. He is a team player and hard worker who only wants to improve4. Perhaps the best thing Mike Ford has going for him is his mother. She is a big time disciplinarian that doesn't put up with any foolishness. These are facts. It is my opinion that the combination of his great work ethic with the excellent USF academics advisors will mean that grades will not be a problem.Keeping him at USF for four years willbe the biggest challenge, but his Mom has a good job, so he won't 'have' to leave.

I would not blame him if he ended up leaving early, since he'll be 23 when he's a junior. if he does as well as we hope, i'm sure you are right about keeping him being the biggest challenge.
