I responded with yes, but would preface the response in that I expect USF to go to a bowl game in MOST years.  Some seasons may be down, and some seasons may see better teams in the conference.

I don't expect down years . . . feel we have turned the corner and Bowling is expected for me.

I expect us to consistently make bowls for the next several years...hopefully we wont suffer any "down" years anytime soon but they are inevitable...

That may very well become our barometer.  Down years are usually defined by the not achieving the same level of competitiveness as the team is accustomed to.  For example, perennial top ten teams can have a down year and still make a bowl (ala Miami and FSU).
