if you could, in all seriousness, ask USF's Athletic Administration to change one or two things about our athletics program(s) what would it be?

For me it's simple...put the Band where everybody in the stadium can hear them.  I liked them in the middle of the student section.  I sit on the visitor's (south) 40.  I can barely tell what they're playing, so effectively, I'm sure the same is true for about 40% of the stadium.  They're an important part of the game atmosphere.

I would say hook up microphones for this purpose.

And I will stay onnthe stadium theme   Build a simple framed screen with something "USF" to put in front of the pirate ship.  8-)

Simple, get a winning basketball program.
