BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Dec. 20, 2006) – The University of South Florida football team opened up practice in Birmingham, Ala. on Wednesday afternoon at John Carroll High School.

Practice got underway at about 1 p.m. local time. After stretching and brief words to the team from head coach Jim Leavitt, the team broke up into groups and underwent drills before practicing plays.
