Student Bulls Club To Host Send-Off Party For Football Team

TAMPA, FLA. (December 18, 2006) -- USF’s Student Bulls Club is hosting a pizza party to send off the Bulls football team Tuesday when it departs for the Papajohns.com Bowl. The party will start at 3:30 p.m. outside the USF Athletic Facility, immediately north of the Sun Dome.

The team busses will depart the parking lot at 4 p.m. for the Tampa Jet Center, where a charter flight will take the Bulls to Birmingham for the December 23 game against East Carolina.

USF cheerleaders and the USF Band will be on hand and Papa Johns will be handing out free pizza. Any students interested in joining the Student Bulls Club or learning more about this event should contact Anthony Mozzicato at amozzica@mail.usf.edu.

I have to give a lot of credit to Anthony for taking the ball and running with it. He's doing a great job with this event and i know he will be rewarded in attendence of students and fans as well as the exposure for USF in the community. I even heard a rumor that coach Leavitt is excited about this as well. YES LEAVITT IS EXCITED!!!

Thanks guys! I have poured everything I've got into this and hopefully there will be lots of BULLS fans tomorrow. EVERYONE HERE NEEDS TO TRY TO MAKE IT! This is a start of a new tradition...
