Tough one, but would say the Cincy loss. My expectations were much higher at this time, than at the KU & RU losses.

Matt Grothe, while I thought he would be good, he has exceded all of my expectations.

Running Back and Kicking.

Beating WVU.

Kansas loss.

GrothE hands down. At the end of last season people barely knew who he was.

2. Biggest Disappointment of the 2006 Regular Season?

Ponton, Josh Joulmiste, and Jackie Chambers.  I thin with JJ we would have beat Kansas and Rutgers.

3. Best Memory of the 2006 Regular Season?

I'm going to have to go with walking from my seat to my car after the UCF game.  Poor UCF fans.  ;D

4. Worst Memory of the 2006 Regular Season?

Cincy loss. We still had a chance in that game 2 - 0 at the half.  Some really questionable play calling deep in our own territory got that game out of hand.

5. Do you plan to upgrade your tix or donation within the next 5-10 years?

Yes because as of now I'm still a student. Next year I should be a season Tix holder.  The following a donor (maybe next year a donor, but I'll have to see how money goes).

1.  How can you not go with Grothe?

2. Losing our starting RB before the season actually began.

3. Beating them gosh-darn Hillbillies, er...Mountaineers in West Virginia.

4. Losing to Rutgers and Cincy, both on Nat'l TV.

5. Well since I'm still a student for another year or so, I'll say yes...I'll upgrade once my money situation is set in place, and hell....I'm not even going to be a USF alumni, but I feel for doing my 2 years at USF makes me a half-alumni.

Most def Grothe, I knew it would be an upgrade but this kid is turning into a superstar

Running back position, Ponton had a lot of hype coming into the season

Cincy Loss, but the drop pass in the endzone by Amp Hill to tie the game against Rutgers

1. Most Pleasant Suprise of the 2006 Regular Season?  

 The developement of Grothe and our line play both offensive and defensive.   Both got much much better.  The team you saw in the first three games would not have beaten WV.

 

2. Biggest Disappointment of the 2006 Regular Season?  

UL game.  They just took it to us.

 

3. Best Memory of the 2006 Regular Season?  

Pitt-Homecoming  Coming in Pitt was hot and almost in the top 25.  Really thought we might lose that game but we stepped up big time and dominated.

 

4. Worst Memory of the 2006 Regular Season?  

Int by UCF for a TD just after we had that game under control it put them back in the game.

 

5. Do you plan to upgrade your tix or donation within the next 5-10 years?

NO - NEXT YEAR I am adding two more season tickets to my four I already have.  Daughter no longer gets in free - man they grow up fast.
