Does bama try to throw big $$$$ at Leavitt? What are the other options for them?I am not saying this will happen, but it is very possible that Coach gets a call soon.

They were turned down by a coach that was "interested" imagine being turned down by one that already turned them down a few years ago.

It only gives USF Football more visibility. I doubt they do, for the reasons mentioned above. I think I read someone on this board (likely UCF fan) talking about how the BE will become the training ground for coaches in the other 5 BCS conferences... looks like that theory got shot down!

As opposed to RR, who entertained the thought and used it as leverage to get a better deal at West Virginia

Leavitt's turned them down once, and was very public about his desire to stay. Pursuing would be risking another RR incident which they can ill-afford at this point.
