Papajohns.com Bowl: East Carolina vs. South Florida

Formerly known as the Birmingham Bowl, the Papajohns.com bowl not only sounds good, but is an interesting matchup. Pirate head coach Skip Holtz should be a candidate for some of the coaching openings, but he may stick around at East Carolina. Matchup-wise, the Pirate offense against the Bull defense is worth checking out. Not only is the Bull defense fast, they are also very talented.  

Must Watch Rating? 5.5. Neither team has a huge draw nationwide, so this one might be a little sleepy. Worth checking out Bull freshman quarterback Matt Grothe, who was largely overshadowed by Texas redshirt freshman quarterback Colt McCoy this season.
