Wow!!  I'm surprised...

There was a rumor on the Miami Hurricanes board that Bama boosters had secured enough cash for Nick Saban to get a $12 million first year salary/signing bonus.  I wonder if Rodriguez will get a signing bonus.

It will be interesting to see how that offense will translate in the SEC. I still think he had a much better chance for success at UWV. I mean who did he have to recruit against in that region....Pitt, Penn State, Virginia Tech, maybe Virginia. Now he's surrounded by Auburn, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida with some big expectations from boosters but I guess money talks.
